Delete your account & data

Massage Scribe AI (operated by UTTERWARE SRL, Spl. Independenței 202 B, Cam. 42, Sectorul 6, Bucharest, Romania) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete it in the app (instant)

If you still have the app installed and can sign in:

Open Massage Scribe AI and sign in.
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately and permanently. Tip: you can also export your data from the same screen before deleting if you'd like a copy first.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email support@mscribeai.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We use the sending address to verify ownership and will delete your account and data within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and removes:

Your therapist profile and login (email/authentication record).
All of your clients and their intake details, including your private therapist notes.
All sessions and generated notes (SOAP / PIRP / Narrative).
Any custom techniques you created.
Your uploaded practice logo.

What may be retained

Records we are required to keep by law, kept only for as long as legally required.
Purchase and subscription records held by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own policies — these are controlled by the stores, not by us. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account.
